Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing your use of the TOLQAR platform ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These terms govern your relationship with us when you browse the Platform, create an account, or purchase any digital product or service from it.

TOLQAR is a digital platform offering three categories of products and services: ready-made digital resources (such as digital guides and e-books) delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed; ready-to-launch solutions (such as online stores, landing pages, and personal websites) with a price, scope, and delivery time known in advance before purchase; and custom development services (SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, full e-commerce stores, AI automation, and enterprise systems) whose scope and details are agreed upon directly with our team.

By using the Platform, creating an account, or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your country of residence in order to use the Platform, create an account, or complete any purchase.

To complete a purchase or access certain features, you may need to create an account using an email address and password, or through quick sign-in with Google, GitHub, or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

The user must provide accurate information, keep their account login details confidential, and refrain from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

TOLQAR is not responsible for any damage resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their account credentials, or from transferring funds to wallets or payment accounts not officially approved by the Platform.

The Platform must be used only for lawful purposes: browsing products, purchasing, contacting support, and leaving honest reviews based on an actual usage experience.

It is prohibited to use the Platform for: any fraudulent activity or attempted impersonation, attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts, posting abusive or unlawful content, or reselling purchased digital products without explicit permission.

Any content you upload (such as payment proofs, reviews, or support messages) remains your property, but you grant us permission to use it only to the extent necessary to provide the service (such as reviewing a payment proof to confirm your order, or displaying your review on a product page).

TOLQAR currently supports several payment methods: international payment via PayPal, cryptocurrency payments (USDT and others) through approved automated payment gateways, and local payment inside Yemen via approved local wallets and platforms. Most of these orders are processed automatically and confirmed as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Additional direct bank card payment gateways are being added soon, and we will announce them officially once activated.

All digital products, content, designs, logos, and the "TOLQAR" trademark are exclusively owned by us or legally licensed to us.

No purchased digital product may be copied, redistributed, sold, or modified except for the specific personal use described in the product's description, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform may include links to or integrations with external services, such as sign-in via Google, GitHub, or Telegram, or payment gateways (PayPal and automated crypto payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

TOLQAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account proven to have been used in violation of these terms, or in the event of suspected fraud or misuse of any payment method. The user remains responsible for any financial obligations incurred before the suspension date.

Products and services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties beyond what is expressly stated in each product's description.

TOLQAR is not liable for any indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform or the products offered on it at any time, while making a reasonable effort to notify users of any material change affecting existing orders.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. Any material update will be published on this page along with an updated "last modified" date above, and your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or in conflict with applicable law, that provision alone will be unenforceable while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.

TOLQAR currently operates as an independent technical project. We are committed to dealing in good faith with any inquiry or dispute, and we always seek to resolve it amicably through direct communication before any other action.

Once any official business registration is completed in the future, this clause will be updated automatically to reflect the official legal entity and country of jurisdiction, with any material update published on this page as soon as it occurs.
