Cookie Policy

Here we explain what we actually place on your device when you use TOLQAR, why we place it, how long it lasts, and how you can control it.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device when you visit it, so it can recognize you between pages and remember some of your choices. We also use a similar technology, your browser's local storage, and on this page we refer to both as "cookies" unless stated otherwise.

This page explains what we place on tolqar.com, and it supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the TOLQAR website and all of its pages, including your account area and the TOLQAR Partners program pages.

It does not cover websites and services you are taken to through TOLQAR, such as payment gateways and sign-in providers; each has its own policy, and we outline the main ones in the Third Parties section.

3. Cookie Categories and Why We Use Them

Essential: required to run the platform, such as keeping you signed in, protecting sign-in forms, and saving your choice in the consent banner. They do not require your consent because they are necessary to provide the service you request, and disabling them in your browser may stop some platform features from working.

Functional: remember your preferences, such as the interface language.

Partner referral: set only if you arrive through a referral link from a TOLQAR Partners affiliate (?ref=), so that registrations and eligible purchases are attributed to the right partner. The consent banner choices do not control it, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other sites.

Analytics: Google Analytics cookies used to measure and improve the platform. They are not stored on your device unless you choose "Accept all".

5. Browser Local Storage

We also use local storage to keep data on your device that is not automatically sent to our server with every request the way cookies are. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

6. Google Analytics and Your Consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the platform is used, such as which pages are visited, adding products to the cart, completing a purchase, and arriving through a partner link (we attach the partner code as an analytics property), in order to improve the experience.

We use Google's Consent Mode. The Google Analytics script loads with the page, but before you accept, or if you choose "Essential only", its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are not stored on your device, and Google may receive general statistical signals without cookies, such as a page view, with no identifiers stored on your device. When you choose "Accept all", analytics cookies are enabled.

We always set advertising consents (ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization) to "denied", meaning we do not give Google permission, through our site, to use this data for advertising.

When you withdraw your consent from this page's settings, we stop analytics and delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser on our site's domain.

7. Third Parties

PayPal: when you pay with PayPal, or by card through PayPal, the site loads the PayPal button and window, and PayPal sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. We do not control the names or durations of these cookies, and they are governed by PayPal's policy.

Hosted payment gateways: if you choose Cryptomus or NOWPayments you are taken to their pages outside our site, and their cookies are governed by their own policies.

Sign-in: when you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or GitHub you are taken to those providers' pages. Signing in with Telegram loads Telegram's official widget inside our page (from telegram.org domains), and Telegram may set its own cookies.

The table in Section 4 lists only the cookies we set or that Google Analytics sets through our site.

8. How to Manage Your Choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". Your choice controls analytics cookies only; essential, functional, and partner-referral cookies are not affected by it.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time from the settings below; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

9. Browser Controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies or notify you when they are set. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in and keeping your session. Clearing site data empties your cart and shows the consent banner again.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy when we add a service or change what we place on your device, and we will update the last-updated date at the top of the page. If we add a new non-essential category, we will ask for your consent before enabling it.

11. Contact Us

For any question about this policy, contact us at support@tolqar.com or through the Contact Us page. To learn how we handle your data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
